CNC Waterjet Cutting

CNC Waterjet Cutting
Precision cold cuts without deforming the material
Waterjet cutting is a cold process that combines very high-pressure water with an abrasive to cut the material without creating a heat-affected zone; this preserves its mechanical properties intact and leaves clean edges that need almost no further finishing. At NAT MAC we cut practically any material: stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and titanium, as well as stone, marble, glass, gaskets, and plastics, even in complex geometries and with very fine detail. Because it does not heat the part, it is the ideal choice for heat-sensitive materials, precision parts, and components that cannot tolerate distortion or metallurgical changes. We work from your drawing or file, delivering exact parts ready to use or machine.
