Vision measurement, manual operation

Vision systems measure parts automatically and without contact: a color digital camera captures the image and MetLogix™ software takes hundreds of measurements in seconds, with video edge detection (VED) and comparison against the CAD file.

The MVR 300 is the entry point to vision measurement: manual X-Y drive and motorized Z, on a granite base. It measures parts up to 300 mm with interchangeable zoom and auxiliary lenses.
