CarbonNATCUT™ Carbon

NATCUT™ Carbon

Carbon steel band saw blade for sawmill wood cutting and precision narrow-band cutting.

NATCUT™ Carbon is a one-piece (mono-metal) carbon steel band saw blade with hardened tooth tips for greater hardness and wear resistance. It is built on high-carbon and alloy steel backings (C75S, 51CrV4 and D6A), which give it good toughness and fatigue resistance at a very attractive cost.

Covers two uses: the hardened wide blade (27–75 mm) for sawmills and lumber sawing machines, and the narrow blade (3–25 mm) for precision cutting and complex shapes in metal, plastic, wood and aluminum.

Functions and benefits
FeatureDetail
Hardened tooth tipThe tip is hardened (HRC 58-62) to cut longer before losing its edge.
Tough backingCarbon/alloy steel body (C75S, 51CrV4, D6A) resistant to fatigue and breakage.
Dual formatWide sawmill blade (27-75 mm) and narrow precision blade (3-25 mm).
Very good priceExcellent cost-benefit ratio for cutting wood and soft materials.
Tooth type
Hardened tooth, left-right-straight setThe tooth tip is hardened to resist wear. The left-right-straight (raker) set opens the cutting path and clears chips well, ideal for wood and soft materials. Wide-band blades are offered with 7/39 and 10/30 tooth angles.

Welded to length
Note: Wide band (sawmill): coils of 30 m (100') up to ~180 m (600') depending on width. Narrow band: 30 m (100') per coil. Also welded to size.
Typical applications
  • Sawmills and lumber sawing
  • Portable and multi-blade sawmills
  • Precision and contour cutting
  • Steel and non-ferrous metals
  • Aluminum and plastics
  • Wood and wood products

In shortThis is the carbon steel band saw blade for wood sawing. It is built on a C75S, 51CrV4 or D6A backing with hardened tooth tips (58-62 HRC hardness). Choose the width to suit your machine and a coarse pitch (widely spaced teeth) to clear sawdust well.

Narrow blade for precision cutting

For metal, plastic, wood and aluminum on narrow-band machines (widths of 3 to 25 mm).
