Celoron
Celoron is a high-pressure phenolic laminate of cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin and hot-pressed, in a mechanical-electrical grade. It offers high impact resistance and good dielectric properties, is waterproof, quiet and allows fine machining, with resistance to chemicals and to high and low temperatures. It is ideal for gears and pinions, electrical insulation and oil-immersed transformers, with a long service life in industrial use.

Note: High-pressure phenolic fabric laminate (mechanical-electrical grade), dark brown. Values are for reference and may vary by grade. Thermoset laminates are identified by their reinforcement (paper, fabric or glass fiber) and their resin (phenolic or epoxy), not by chemical percentages as with steels. The information and values in this data sheet are provided for reference only and may vary depending on manufacturing and application conditions.
