G11
G11 is a thermoset laminate of woven fiberglass impregnated with epoxy resin, pressed under high pressure and temperature, with excellent mechanical and dielectric properties. It offers excellent thermal and chemical resistance and allows machining and continuous service up to thermal class H (180 °C), higher than G10/FR4. It is ideal for electrical and thermal insulation in machines and equipment that require very high temperature combined with high mechanical stress.

Note: Glass-fabric laminate with high-temperature epoxy resin, suitable for class H (180 °C); yellow. Values are for reference and may vary by grade. Thermoset laminates are identified by their reinforcement (paper, fabric or glass fiber) and their resin (phenolic or epoxy), not by chemical percentages as with steels. The information and values in this data sheet are provided for reference only and may vary depending on manufacturing and application conditions.
