EXTRUGLISS®
EXTRUGLISS® is the CONDAT line of multifunctional neat oils developed for cold heading, extrusion and forming operations. Its dual-function technology lubricates the deformation zone, the dies and the machine's mechanical systems, avoiding the loss of performance caused by mixing lubricants.
The range includes chlorine-free formulations for different levels of severity, from general operations to complex parts with multiple extrusions and severe reductions. It provides anti-wear and extreme-pressure protection, improves surface finish and helps reduce residue, consumption, machine downtime and rejected parts.
