ORAFOR®
ORAFOR® is the line of water-based synthetic lubricants developed by CONDAT for tool lubrication in hot and warm forging processes. Its graphite-free formulation provides excellent adhesion on hot surfaces, low residue generation and a cleaner working environment, while maintaining reliable performance in continuous production operations.
The range is designed for medium-complexity forging operations that require efficient lubrication, easy tool cleaning and a stable lubricant film at high temperatures. Its ammonia-, phosphate- and heavy-metal-free formulations help reduce toxic fumes and make tooling maintenance easier.
