Band saw cutting

Band Saw Cutting
Exact, square cuts with minimal waste
Band saw cutting is a cold mechanical process that uses an endless toothed blade to section material without generating excessive heat, so it does not alter its properties or internal structure. At NAT MAC we cut round, square and hex bar, plate, flat bar, tube and structural shapes in carbon, alloy, stainless and tool steel, as well as aluminum, copper, bronze and brass. We deliver material cut to the exact size per your drawing, with straight, square cuts, minimal burr and very little waste. It is the ideal method for preparing material ready for machining, fabrication, molds and tooling, with high repeatability in batch production, which means savings in material, better yield and shorter lead times for your process.
