Benchtop video measurement
Vision systems measure parts automatically and without contact: a color digital camera captures the image and MetLogix™ software takes hundreds of measurements in seconds, with video edge detection (VED) and comparison against the CAD file.
The HDV 400 is a benchtop digital video comparator with a 24" touchscreen monitor, a 5 MP camera and up to 7 telecentric lenses, with optical distortion as low as 0.001%.
