Vision systems measure parts automatically and without contact: a color digital camera captures the image and MetLogix™ software takes hundreds of measurements in seconds, with video edge detection (VED) and comparison against the CAD file.
The KMR 200 Mx features a 200 × 100 mm stage with a MetLogix Mx200 DRO and a 14" monitor, with no PC or Windows required; widely used in medical, aerospace and defense for their security needs.
