Field-of-view (FOV) measurement
Vision systems measure parts automatically and without contact: a color digital camera captures the image and MetLogix™ software takes hundreds of measurements in seconds, with video edge detection (VED) and comparison against the CAD file.
The KMR-FOV uses a 0.14x telecentric lens to measure the full field of view, with DXF import and direct comparison against the part; ideal where simple operation is the goal.
