Video measurement with MetLogix M3
Vision systems measure parts automatically and without contact: a color digital camera captures the image and MetLogix™ software takes hundreds of measurements in seconds, with video edge detection (VED) and comparison against the CAD file.
The KMR M3 uses MetLogix M3 software with a digital comparator module and a 24" touchscreen PC; it measures within the field of view or integrated with the stage for parts up to 200 mm.
