Specialty lubrication for severe cold forming
EXTRUDEX® is the CONDAT line of neat oils developed for demanding cold heading, extrusion, stamping and forming operations. Its formulations provide high lubricity, extreme-pressure protection and adequate heat transfer in the deformation zone.
The range includes chlorine-free products for different levels of severity, from moderate extrusions to complex parts with multiple operations and severe reductions. Their performance helps protect dies and punches, control smoke formation and make post-process part cleaning easier.
