CONDAFORGE®
CONDAFORGE® is the line of water-based graphite lubricants developed by CONDAT for hot and warm forging of ferrous and nonferrous metals. Its formulations create a high-strength lubricating film that provides excellent lubricity, adhesion on hot tools and uniform metal flow during highly demanding deformation processes.
The range includes lubricants for different levels of severity, from conventional forging operations to the production of parts with complex geometry and high-output production lines. Thanks to their graphite dispersion technology, they help extend die life, improve part release, reduce lubricant consumption and keep the work environment cleaner through ammonia-, phosphate- and heavy-metal-free formulations.
