Profile projection measurement
An optical comparator (profile projector) measures without contact: it projects the magnified shadow of the part onto a graduated screen, where you compare its contour against a drawing or directly measure radii, angles and distances.
The HF750 takes the screen to 30" (750 mm) for the largest parts, with a rugged floor-model construction, motorized axes and precision scales.
