Laser measurement inspects the part without contact and in real time: the sensor digitizes thousands of profile points, compares them against the CAD template and controls key dimensions without stopping the process.
The Profile360 Blue uses a blue laser with a single sensor model to accurately measure difficult materials (shiny, dark or translucent). It has an embedded processor, with no PC required.
