Laser measurement inspects the part without contact and in real time: the sensor digitizes thousands of profile points, compares them against the CAD template and controls key dimensions without stopping the process.
The Profile360 measures the 2D profile in-line at up to 20 profiles per second, capturing thousands of points around the contour. It is built in C- or O-type frames sized to the part.
