In-line profile with blue laser
Laser measurement inspects the part without contact and in real time: the sensor digitizes thousands of profile points, compares them against the CAD template and controls key dimensions without stopping the process.
The Blue version of the OLP uses a blue laser and captures the full-width profile (instead of a zigzag pattern that can miss up to 90% of the material), with sealed sensors and an integrated CPU.
